–Graduated from İstanbul University School of Business Administration in 1996.

– Obtained the Certified Public Accountant license in 2000. Worked as auditor in Ş.A. Yeminli Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş between 2000 – 2013.

– Received the Sworn- in Certified Public Accountant license and seal in 2013.

– Received Independent Auditor License in Capital market in 2008 and received Auditor license and seal from Public Supervision, Accounting and Audit Standards Institution in 2013.

– During 2000 – 2016, acted as Auditor, Senior Auditor and Head- Auditor respectively for the audit of corporations which are subject to independent audit in Arılar Bağımsız Denetim A.Ş.

– Became founding partner in TTK Bağımsız Denetim A.Ş. in 2016.

– Currently acting with the capacity of Responsible Partner Head Auditor( Partner) in TTK Bağımsız Denetim ve YMM A.Ş. and Member of the Board of Directors and Sworn- in Certified Accountant (Partner) in Ş.A. Yeminli Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş.
